Coverage is generally limited to the Las Vegas Valley. Provider availability varies by neighborhood, project scope, and timeline. Submission of a consultation request does not guarantee that a designer will be available for your project; if no provider is available we will tell you so.
No designer or installation guarantee
Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract for design or installation services. Any agreement for design or installation work is between you and the assigned designer or installation provider, and is governed by the terms you agree to with that provider — including pricing, scope, schedule, license and insurance disclosures, and warranty terms.
No rebate guarantee
Las Vegas Xeriscape does not administer, approve, deny, or pay SNWA, LVVWD, City of Henderson, or other rebate incentives. Rebate eligibility, program terms, funding, inspection requirements, easement requirements, and payment timing are controlled by the applicable program administrator and may change.
References to specific rebate amounts (Cash for Grass / Water Smart Landscapes, LVVWD residential add-on, City of Henderson supplemental rebate, SNWA Tree Canopy) reflect publicly available information at the time of publication and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome on your project. Verify current rates and program eligibility directly with the applicable administrator and confirm rebate expectations with your assigned provider before relying on a specific amount in your project budget.
